There are many fruits that protect our skin from damage and helps maintain its glow, elasticity and lighter skin tone. Some of the best fruits for skin are as follows:

1. Pomegranate:

Pomegranates contain polyphenols, which helps prevent free radicals, improve blood circulation, and detoxify your skin, thus makes it glow. It also helps prevent and treat skin damage due to the ultraviolet rays from the sun. The peel of the fruit, when used with seed oil, hinders wrinkles naturally.
